Texas Independence is March 2nd and the Bridge Cafe is celebrating the event all week with Chef Joseph Kunst putting his magic New York touch on a Texas treat, the Frito Pie! Chef Kunst’s Frito Pie will be served in upscale Bridge Cafe fashion using lean Buffalo Chili! A vegetarian version will also be available.

Lone Star Beer® will flow to accompany the Texas delicacy.

For All Misplaced, Traveling, Uprooted Texans and Texas wannabes the Bridge Cafe will be the place to celebrate.
